  12. i am running wordperfect 6.0a and phoenixfax (it came loaded in my
  13. computer). I cannot get the fax program in word perfect to work - it
  14. stays grayed out. I can get phoenix to dialout but it will not connect.
  15. when i quit windows, i get a message refering to word perfect and also
  16. that i have error 11  hard ware problem modem not responding faxbios
  17. needs faxdir running. i reinstalled the fax drivers and files in word
  18. perfect and also phoenix fax - no luck. obviously the modem works (it
  19. is nameless - the manual has 9424h on the cover - if it  helps i got
  20. the whole system at best buy). any suggestions?
